Figured I'd throw in a bird drawing I did last year, since I never uploaded it (: This was a tribute I did to Alex the African Grey. If you don't know who he was, look him up!

Oh yes! I remember reading about him!

A touching story of his devotion to his owner and the fact that he could understand sentence structure enough to convey feelings towards her.

Thank you. I use prismacolors, which are very soft compared to most other colored pencils, so with the right amount of blending and on the right kind of paper I get a painted effect going on
