I love my watchers, but it is becoming harder to thank each individual person for helping me out. So, I've decided to hold a contest, as a way of saying thanks. It's not much, but I figure it's a small way of giving back to the people who have supported me and helped me get to where I am today.

THE CONTEST

The theme is very simple. Create a piece of artwork involving any of my birds. It can be one of them, two of them, all of them, one of them and one of yours together, anything. It can also be any medium. Drawing, photo-manipulation, poetry, crafts, anything! If you create something that absolutely blows me away or that I can't help but love, I may be tempted to buy it. If you're not sure whether or not your idea qualifies, you can note me.

Here are some reference pictures of my birds, and a bit of info that may be helpful about each. The more inventive you are with this, the better! If you'd like a certain angle on picture, let me know and I can try and get one for you.

3. Entries may be submitted in journal comments or through a note.
4. You can enter as many times as you want, but only one will be chosen.

First off, all entrants will be featured in a journal at thumbnail size. However, entries that place will be featured much more prominently, with large thumbnails and some info about the artist, why it was chosen, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The contest will be judged a little weirdly. Because I am not a fan of popular vote contests (I feel they can be swayed too easily towards someone with more watchers), and also I don't want any bias of my own coming into play, I will be asking for the help of some close friends and family members in deciding who wins. That way, I can keep it completely neutral. They won't know who you are or anything about you, and you will be judged solely on what you created!

Also, I am sorry for the ME2 reference in the Prize section. I shouldn't have... but the priiizzee.
